Carrollton heights is rich with historic homes, buildings and stories. This is one of Carrollton’s oldest neighborhoods. Large lots, large trees and one of the best locations DFW has to offer. One will find nine distinct styles of homes built in Carrollton Heights from 1908 to 1950. Some of the homes were formerly used as boarding houses and one was used as a funeral home for many years. This part of Carrollton possesses all the charm of white picket fences and enjoyment of sitting on your front porch sipping sweet tea. Carrollton Heights participates in a neighborhood association.

Today this neighborhood is best explored by walking to the Dart Train and Downtown Carrollton. Downtown Carrollton is home to 13 restaurants and 12 retail stores. Free events are held every other weekend on the Downtown Square.

The location for this neighborhood will give you quick access to wherever you need go. Carrollton Heights is 16.7 Miles to Downtown Dallas and 35.1 miles to Downtown Fort Worth. Both DFW and Love Field Airports are only 13 miles away from this neighborhood.
