Who likes a bargain? I do, I do! Out of the Closet is a nationwide chain of thrift/resale shops with an added bonus: their profits go to helping the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. They do free HIV testing and have their own pharmacy right in the store. How convenient!
I rarely visit without finding something I “have” to have. Gently used vintage and “au courant” clothing, decorative items, housewares… you just never know what you’ll find! All at very, very reasonable prices, too! Plus, they’re always putting something or other “on sale.” This helps the stock rotate pretty quickly – and it’s always nice to know that you’ll find new treasures pretty much every time you visit.
I like the fact that it’s clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful too!
I’ve also donated some of my things that somehow, mysteriously, “shrunk in the closet.” LOL!
Take a look at Out of the Closet for yourself and see if you can’t find a treasure too!
