Tucked away in strip center in south Fort Worth, this unassuming little place serves a very lucky clientele! I dropped in for a late lunch one day when I was in the neighborhood on business and was totally sold!
They have lunch specials in the $8.00 range, and which probably would have been a very good value. Because I was so late, however, I missed those. Instead, I opted for a dinner portion of the Chicken Shawarma. Am I glad I did! It was a generous portion of delicious, lightly spicy chicken accompanied by tasty rice, a nice side salad with a garlicky dressing, a slice of pita bread and a small cup of Tzatziki sauce. Although there was definitely enough to make a two small meals, I couldn’t resist myself and ate every bite at one sitting!
The service was pleasant, the food wonderful and the decor clean and comfortable – if just a bit typical “strip mall-isa.”
