Starting in the $280’s, Riverside is a small, exclusive community of only 108 home sites. Three are currently move-in ready with more coming shortly. There are eight floor plans to choose from. Six of those floor plans have a bronze or silver options. There’s a $20,000 difference in amenities and features between the silver and bronze options.
One of the things I’ve learned about real estate is that it really is mostly about location. Megatel has managed to find a perfect location for their new community. On the western side of Fort Worth, you have the closeness to things of city life but the quiet and calm of the country. My mother bought a home in this area a decade ago when it was nothing but fields. It has built up around her in the time since, while still having plenty of open land all around. There is enough space for another decade of building before it could be considered “crowded”.
Riverside is literally minutes from Alliance airport, Texas Motor Speedway and Tanger Outlet malls (one of my absolute favorite places to shop!). 114, 170 and 35w are also minutes from your doorstep and can carry you almost anywhere in the Metroplex. There are no lack of dining, grocery and retail options. This really is a perfect location with the ease of city living but the quiet of country living.
This would be the perfect starter home for my small family of three. It’s sophisticated and elegant, without being extravagant. The million dollar homes are absolutely beautiful but these homes have accessibility that those don’t. With my daughter being young, I don’t want her in a separate wing, or floor, than I am. This home has the perfect layout for families with small children. The kid’s rooms are together, but not right on top of the master bedroom. The master suite is amazing and I would love to be the owner of that tub and bathroom. My favorite part of this home would be the open concept kitchen/dining/ living area.
There’s a formal dining room but, there’s also space for just a normal family dinner in the kitchen area. Right now, my kitchen is a separate room from the rest of the house and I hate losing that time from my family. With everything in one big, open area, I can keep my eyes my child without food burning and still interact with my family while cooking dinner.
