Wood & Grain Bistro is owned by a husband and wife team. Nancy Dang and Bee Vang have over a decade worth of experience in the restaurant industry. They both have worked in the front and back of restaurants.  They know what will work and what won’t when it comes to running a successful eatery. Their experience shines in this breakfast and lunch restaurant.
The name, Wood & Grain Bistro comes from Bee’s love and passion of woodworking. The grain part of the name, one would assume, comes from the natural ingredients they utilize in their delicious menu. You can see the effort in Nancy and Bee have invested in this place. The customer service is flawless, the attentiveness is right on time and the menu is well thought out. Be sure to notice the craftsmanship in the tables within Wood & Grain. The tables were each made by Bee himself.
The menu consists of items one can indulge in and feel guilt free. The salads served here are not your usual salads. These salads are satisfying in every way. Fresh fruit is actually fresh in Wood & Grain. Nothing frozen or canned is served from this place. I highly suggest you take the time to experience Wood & Grain. I am sure you will love everything about this place.
