Having been to their original Austin location I was so excited to finally have a closer location in Dallas that recently opened over the summer. Just off Haskell Ave, you will find this great spot featuring great cocktails, small bites and big flavors. We decided to come on a rainy Friday afternoon, but we’re still able to enjoy the outside on their covered patio area. We started off with an assortment of their frozen cocktails: Mango Sake, Frozen Mojito, and Vietnamese Coffee. As we sipped our tasty beverages we had a sampling of delicious pickled vegetables.
To order, simply head to the counter inside and dive into their menu. It was so hard to pick what to try, as we wanted to sample everything! We finally decided on their Pale Ale Battered Cod on happy hour special, Sesame Rice Noodles, Oak Grilled Snap Peas, Char Siew Pork Belly and Chicken Karaage that was out of this world. We loved the variety of sauces that paired perfectly with each item and the infusion of Smokey and Asians flavors. The food was so delicious that it was hard for us to decide which order was our favorite.
It was such an amazing experience from the amazing food to the friendly staff and I can’t wait to go back for more!
