Cane Rosso

Transport yourself to Italy with the delicious Neapolitan style pizza at Cane Rosso. Made from authentic ingredients, such as all natural “OO” flour imported from Italy and San Marzabo crushed tomatoes, you are sure to enjoy the creative pies served up at any of their locations.

We decided to check out their Arlington location, which is the perfect spot to enjoy Cane Rosso’s wonderful happy hour deals or getting a bite to eat before or after a big game at AT&T Stadium.

We started off the meal with their Artichokes Classique appetizer that was perfectly crispy and served with a spicy Calabrian chili sauce. This appetizer could have been a meal on its own and was the perfect start to our lunch. We visited during their happy hour, so this appetizer was on special and highly recommend by our friendly server.

Since we did stop in for the pizza, we tried the classic Margherita and the Ella which included hot soppressata, perfect red tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. Each pizza also had fresh basil baked in and cooked in their wood fire ovens. The food came out fairly quickly and was delivered to our table hot. It was some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area and tasted great with our Peroni Italian beers that were also on special.

We absolutely loved our experience and the ambiance inside the restaurant. In addition to their ample seating inside, they also have a cute outdoor patio and even offer takeout if you don’t have time to stay. It was such a great meal that I am already planning on heading back soon!
