Get your late night donut and caffeine fix at this creative artisanal donut shop and coffee bar. Located in Dallas’s vibrant Bishop Arts District, The Salty specializes in small-batch craft donuts. Their menu features rotating seasonal donuts with unique, high quality ingredients. The best part? They’re open until 7 PM most days, or 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays!

I had the pleasure of trying the horchata donut, which features a homemade horchata mixture, bottom crusted with chocolate, and topped with torched cinnamon meringue. This donut is a unique twist on the traditional Latin American drink! Other unique donuts include a churro and dulce de leche donut, pumpkin spice french toast donut, and vegan offerings such as the dark chocolate passion fruit donut.

I also tried the vanilla bean latter, which is combined with a homemade pure vanilla bean syrup. This vegan-friendly latte was both sweet and delicious!
