Let your imagination run wild at Talking Animals Books in Grapevine. This small, but cozy bookstore is packed with reads that are perfect for little ones and adults alike. Located right off Main Street on W Worth Street, you will find plenty of signage to know you are in the right place.

This shop wasn’t on my list originally, when Christmas shopping in the area, but it definitely made me a customer for life after my recent visit. Inside I arrived I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie with the beautiful décor leading the way into the entrance. Stepping inside I felt like I was in my favorite library with their vast amount of books that ranged in genre from thriller to popular fiction, kids and more! There was truly a book for everyone no matter what you enjoy reading.

While their plethora of books was sure impressive, I also enjoyed the stores unique wares. They carried a variety of different cards, mugs, socks, stickers, and even ornaments of everyone’s favorite pop star. It was the perfect place to grab a gift for someone else or yourself this holiday season.

The experience felt homey and the icing on the cake, was the friendly associates inside who helped me to find a specific title I was looking for and gave me recommendations based on the genres I enjoyed. I ended up walking away with several new books that I can’t wait to dive into.

Along with all their great books and items for purchase, the shop also hosts several events such as book clubs for high school and adult readers to story times held for young bookworms.
