Friendship Park

The weather is starting to heat up and whether you are looking to spend time outside or enjoy summer activities with your family you are going to love the recreational park that is Friendship Park. Located in Grand Prairie it’s the perfect space between Fort Worth, Dallas, and Arlington.

I was lucky to find this place online when looking for somewhere I could play pickleball in the area. In addition to their courts that had this activity you are also able to play tennis and basketball. They also have a large playground area perfect for kids and walking trails to enjoy the beautiful green space. It’s a great option for the whole family.

After you have had some time to play, make sure to checkout their pavilion area that is filled with grills, a water fountain and picnic benches. It’s a great space for hosting your next outdoor gathering or even enjoying lunch after working up a sweat. This park also has indoor bathrooms that are clean and a nice addition to the park. You will also find plenty of parking. You can even reserve the pavilion for your next party online.

I really enjoyed my time at this park and felt that the courts and area were well taken care of.
