Pepper’s Street Tacos

This Mexican food will have you feeling full for hours and that’s without even being able to finish your entire meal. While their menu is small, their flavors are declines and will have you coming back for more. I’m talking about the delicious menu at Pepper’s Street Tacos. Located in Grand Prairie off Lake Ridge Parkway, they have been serving their community for years. Be sure to not miss this stop as it’s located right by the Dry Cleaners.

I ended up stopping by this restaurant when I was looking for authentic Mexican food in my area. I found them on google and based off the photos and reviews I knew I had to give them a try. Their menu consists of tacos, quesadillas, and burritos with your choice of select meats. They also have rice and beans, bottled drinks, and a selection of chips available for purchase.

We took some time to look at the menu, but eventually decided on the chicken tacos and chicken burrito. We chatted with the friendly hostess while our food was prepared in the back. After only a short wait our meals were ready and packaged perfectly for takeout. While they did have some seating inside, we got our meal to go to enjoy at home.

We were shocked by how large the portion sizes were. The burrito was large enough for two people and was packed with lots of meat, beans, rice and cheese. To go with the burrito were sides of pico-de-gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. They also gave us lime wedges and a mild and hot salsa that was made fresh. The tacos were street style with cilantro and onion. All the flavors were impressive and we loved both of our meals.

It was hard to decide which we liked more and we know we will be heading back soon to try out the quesadillas and other meat options.
