LasikPlus

Having 20/20 vision is a gift, but the every day hassle of glasses and contacts can be quiet annoying. That’s why I am so happy to have had the opportunity to get Lasik eye surgery. With a great Lasik surgery center right here in Plano, you can trust the vision experts at LasikPlus to have you living your best life.

Located off Dallas Parkway, this spot is easy to get to off Dallas North Parkway. Your journey to 20/20 vision is made seamless by the staff that are all extremely knowledgeable and kind. Before you can get scheduled for surgery, you need to do an in person or online consultation to see if you are eligible for Lasik surgery. I choose to do an in person consultation that included several eye exams similar to what you can expect at your yearly eye doctor appointment. This was also a great way for me to meet the staff and answer any questions and concerns that I may have had prior to the surgery. The staff was very patient and I felt comfortable during the entire appointment.

If you do qualify for Lasik they are able to schedule you for your surgery. I was impressed that I was able to get an appointment the very next week. While I was able to drive myself for my consultation appointment, I did need a friend to drive me home from surgery. The actual surgery itself was a quick and painless procedure. I couldn’t believe that after a few numbing eye drops I wasn’t able to feel the laser procedure and could immediately see right after. I was then transferred to an exam room to check out my eyes and go over my post operation details prior to leaving. The recovery process was just as simple as I needed to go home and rest for several hours, wear the provided sunglasses for 24 hours, and do rounds of medicated eye drops. I couldn’t believe that I was able to complete my normal every day tasks the next day!

To finish off your procedure you are scheduled for a post operation appointment just to make sure your eyes are healing properly, but don’t fear because the staff is available for any questions or concerns through their daily office hours or through an emergency line. I was completely impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend to anyone considering the procedure. While it’s not a cheap option to better vision, it is definitely a great investment for your vision. At LasikPlus you can also take advantage of their lifetime guarantee that offers touch ups for your vision if you see changes after 7 years.
