Whether you are looking for a hidden treasure or wanting to give back to your community, you need to check out Texas Thrift store. Located off Pipeline Road in Hurst, this thrift giant offers something for everyone when it comes to secondhand shopping.
Upon arrival I was immediately impressed with the store layout that was clearly labeled by section. From clothing to household items and kids toys and more they is something for everyone. This store was huge and I loved that it didn’t have a thrift store like smell. It was easy to navigate and heavily stocked in each section making it a great place to shop. The items inside were tagged making it simple to see pricing for each item and they even offered several discounts on the tagged items based off any sales. For example you can take advantage of 30% off for senior Tuesday or military Wednesdays, or simply look for daily colored tagged sales that can save up to 50% off.
If you aren’t looking to shop you can also bring your gently used items to Texas Thrift for donations. It’s a great way to give back and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes. You will feel good about knowing your items are going to a great cause and you are helping the environment by keeping any unwanted clothes out of landfills.
The best part of thrifting is that you are able to discover new merchandise on every visit and that you can get great gently used items for a great price. So next time you are on the hunt for a specific piece or just wanting to browse merchandise, I highly recommend heading to Hurst and visiting Texas Thrift Store.
