Brian’s Coffee Roasters is yet another dining experience from Korean-born restauranteur, Brian Chong. Brian operates Korean-inspired restaurants from his home country, from noodles, street foods and fried chicken to now, coffee!

Brian’s Coffee Roasters is the perfect spot to grab an artisanal croissant or croffle, a cup of Joe, and some friends to enjoy some company with. The croissants at Brian’s are to die for. From almond croissants to classic pain au chocolat and even brownie croissants to a delicious tomato mozzarella croissant, it’ll be hard to stop by Brian’s without getting something to eat!

Their menu is extensive, with baked croissants, croissant sandwiches (including a shrimp katsu sandwich_, pastas like kimchi carbonara or shrimp rose, to Korean staples like kimbap or tteokbokki, your tummy will thank you no matter what you end up enjoying.

I’ve visited Brian’s Coffee Roasters multiple times and can’t seem to get through the menu because Brian is always experimenting and including additions!
