Campo Verde

If you are looking for a restaurant to put you in the holiday spirit, look no further than Campo Verde. Located in West Arlington close to Pantengo off Pioneer Parkway. This restaurant specializing in Tex-Mex and American food favorites is loaded with Christmas cheer during the holiday season. From their decked out lights and tinsel to their Grinch themed décor, you will feel like you stepped right into Whoville.

This was such a fun place to celebrate a holiday outing with friends. We checked them out for lunch and were immediately seated inside their cozy dining room. To start off our waitress grabbed our drink order and brought us a batch of fresh made chips, salsa, and cheese dip. Everything was delicious and it was a great way to start off the meal. For our entrees we tried the ground beef crispy tacos and smothered burrito.

Our food was all delivered hot and fresh and came out pretty quickly after ordering. I loved the tacos that were served with fresh cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. The flavor of the beef was incredible and was the perfect size entrée for lunch. My friend really loved her burrito that was stuffed with beef, cheese, and beans and topped with a gooey sauce and melted cheese. It was incredibly savory and tasted great with a side of Mexican rice.

Their menu was large and offered something for everyone whether you were craving spicy Tex-Mex or classic American. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we were impressed with the excellent service we received. All in all our experience was excellent and the atmosphere was lively. This will definitely be a place we will return to.
