More and more dedicated gluten-free spaces are popping up in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. From places like Unrefined Bakery across DFW and Pinch of Salt Bakery in Grapevine, there is no shortage of bakeries and eateries for folks with gluten sensitivities to enjoy. The newest gluten-free bakery is Sweet Gilly’s Bake Shop in Frisco.
They offer baked goods and kolaches for your non-glutenous pleasure. The kolache is large and ball sized, in addition to being savory and delicious. I also ordered their season Christmas cake, which is their take on the classic Little Debbie treat. Lastly, I tried their massive cinnamon roll which is the best cinnamon roll I’ve had since discovering I have a gluten allergy.
