Pegasus Creative Reuse only has donation-based stock, meaning their entire inventory is dependent on donations, which makes it feel a lot like thrifting. You fill a bag provided at the entrance with all the goodies you need and then pay based on what you believe your items are worth. None of the items having prices, you make up your own!
