I was in need of a new vet after my old vet retired. After a quick Google search, I came across Parkway and saw that they had fabulous reviews. My dog was in need of their annual appointment so I decided to give them a call and they were able to see us within the same week. From the moment we walked through the door, their front desk staff made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable.
As a pet owner who only wants the best for their pet, it can be scary trusting someone with your pet, but the staff made us feel right at home. Our appointment started right on time and I was impressed with everyone we interacted with. After we went over the initial vitals, we were seen by Dr Nelson who took his time to go over any questions and a thorough examination. I loved that the appointment didn’t feel rushed and that they truly cared for my pet.
The pricing for the examination was fair compared to some higher end clinics in the area. We loved the experience and I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a vet for routine medical needs or emergency services.
