Rather than ordering off a menu and waiting for your food, the pit master smokes your meal right in front of you, serving up brisket, sausage, ribs, and other meats straight from the smoker. You get exactly what’s fresh and hot, and the whole process feels like part of the meal itself instead of an order you wait for.
As for the food itself, the brisket is incredibly tender and smoky. The ribs are probably my favorite thing on the menu; they’re packed with flavor and fall right off the bone. The jalapeño sausage has a nice kick, and the baked potatoes (sweet or savory) are to die for.
