Tattoo shops in DFW are a dime a dozen, with many shops scattered throughout Denton and Dallas. However, each tattoo shop varies by art style. Cybertron Tattoo in Denton is one of the most unique shops I’ve visited in the metroplex. One of their artists, Rayvin, specializes in a unique medieval woodcut tattoo style, which looks similar to wood carvings but with ink and skin.
The shop is incredibly inviting, with friendly staff ready to greet each client. The walls were decorated with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles merch from wall to wall, which was really neat. The bathroom was decked out in Fallout decor, like the video game series.
What also sets this shop apart from most, aside from the unique tattoo styles offered here, is that they have an affordable drink and snack bar, with drinks going for just $1. It’s important to keep your blood sugar levels content before getting tattooed.
