The tender, flavorful brisket made these the standout of the meal, adding a smoky, savory element to an enchilada plate.
And no Mexican food outing is complete without margaritas. We tried both the mezcal margarita and the frozen house margarita, two very different vibes depending on what you’re craving. The mezcal margarita brought that signature smoky kick and was a great match for the bold flavors of the brisket enchiladas. The frozen house margarita was cold, refreshing, and an easy classic to sip alongside the flautas.
