Do you love a good Shepard’s Pie, Oh my gosh, I think I have found the best one ever! Delaney’s Irish Pub in McKinney has it and lots of other great menu items like fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage and other traditional Irish and pub grub made in their scratch kitchen.
The spirit of Ireland is certainly present here at Delaney’s. It will make you want to book your trip to Dublin, to go see the Cliffs of Moher, or simply walk by the ocean in Cork. If you’ve never been to Ireland you’ve never seen green before. It’s overwhelmingly beautiful and the people are some of the most resilient you’ll meet. Sampling the foods of Ireland will connect you to this amazing land.
It’s a little off the beaten path, at the corner of Eldorado and Ridge (Market Street parking lot), but well worth the drive.
It’s a sports bar with lots of TV’s and has the old Irish charm of the dark woods and homey feel. The food really is amazing and it’s a must to put on your list of places to try!
