Since we had family in town, we wanted to take them to experience the decorations and holiday cheer. In addition to all of the decorations set up by the city, each of the shops and restaurants are beautifully decorated during this time of year. It’s perfect for exploring and for buying gifts for everyone on your list. While we went during the daytime, going at night you will be able to witness the display of impressive lights across town.

Since we decided to visit on a nonevent day, we just enjoyed strolling down Main Street and exploring the different clothing boutiques, speciality food stores and restaurants. It was the perfect weather to spend the day outside and support a couple of our favorite shops.
In addition to the shopping, we got to see many families partaking in the popular Polar Express ride located at the train station. Everyone was decked out in their holiday gear and taking photos at the many displays located across town. For a fun daytime or nighttime activity, make sure to stop by Grapevine this holiday season.
