Jaxon Beer Garden

Whether you are looking for a great new patio or the perfect place to watch the game, you are going to love the views at Jaxon Beer Garden. This Texas style restaurant is located in the heart of the AT&T Discovery Center and is a great place to visit with friends or family.

We decided to check this spot out for a Friday lunch date. Since the weather was nice, we wanted to take advantage of sitting outside on their expansive patio. To start our meal, we tried two of their draft cocktails: The Perfect Margarita and All My Exes. They were both very tasty and perfect to cool down on a warm day.

Sitting on the patio we got to enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the discovery center and the large TVs located outside. For our meal, we started off with the loaded fries as an appetizer that was large enough to share! This was the perfect savory start and tasted great with our drinks. For lunch, we tried the cheeseburger and carnitas tacos that came complete with our choice of side.

Since we came for lunch, we were unable to enjoy their daily happy hour specials and free parking, but we can’t wait to come back for game day to enjoy the lively patio and outdoor games that can be enjoyed on the lawn.
