The Epic

Are you a Grand Prairie resident looking for a new gym, or looking to step up your fitness in the new year? Then a membership to the Epic may be just what you are looking for!

This 120,000 square foot facility has everything you need from top of the line gym equipment to youth activities to keep your entire family entertained. I recently went on a tour after passing by the massive facility plenty of times, and I couldn’t believe how amazing it was inside. For a low monthly or annual price you are able to use their 5-star gym, take part in group fitness classes, use their pool, courts, walking track and more! They even have a family membership, so you get your entire household involved, and several rentable spaces that are perfect for hosting your next party or recording your new podcast.

This center has everything you need while still giving you a small neighborhood gym feel. From the moment I entered the door I felt at home thanks to the friendly front door staff, and I left feeling great about my new membership. The best part of the facility is that if you are a Grand Prairie resident, you can receive a discounted membership tailored to your needs. Next time you are looking for a clean and well equipped recreation center, make sure to check out the Epic!
