Café Bella

Whether you are looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, enjoy amazing food, or need a date night spot then you need to head to Fort Worth for this Italian restaurant for an experience you are sure to love. Cafe Bella has been serving the community for over 20 years and has earned plenty of awards for their food and service. The ambiance and the meal I had showed why and I already can’t wait to head back.

While we weren’t able to make a reservation, we were excited to be seated quickly on a Saturday night. The crowd at the restaurant varied from older couples to a bachelorette party and hungry TCU students. The food speaks for themselves and you can tell cater to everyone. We had our choice of indoor or outdoor seating on their adorable patio. Since it was a beautiful evening we opted for the patio.

Another unique part of this experience was that the restaurant is BYOB so make sure to bring your favorite beverage along with you to enjoy with your meal. The menu was extensive with all sorts of fresh made pasta, delicious sauces, meat and seafood options. It was hard to decide what to try!

Our waiter gave us some time and served us their fresh hot baked rolls with a delicious garlic oil dipping sauce while we looked over the options. We finally decided on the baked ziti with a side of Italian sausage, the sea bass, and lobster ravioli. The ziti was creamy and cheesy and had a tangy vodka sauce. It tasted great with the fennel forward sausage and created the perfect meal. The sea bass was lightly breaded and served with fresh asparagus and a caper lemon pasta that was filling without being too heavy. The lobster ravioli was cooked to perfection and tasted great with the pink pesto sauce and variety of vegetables.

While we were coming to celebrate we unfortunately had to skip dessert because we were stuffed from our entrees. It was such an incredible experience and made us feel like we were dining in a high caliber restaurant. I couldn’t believe how affordable their prices were and truly think this hidden gem should be on everyone’s list!
