Located in the heart of Dallas in Uptown off Cole Avenue, you will find this locally owned business that is dedicated to providing their customers with the best lab-grown diamond and moissanite products. Their line of jewelry is not only beautiful, but has a great mission of being ethically sourced all the way from the mining process to production.

I had heard great reviews of this business and decided to check them out for myself. It was easy to make an appointment online and visit for a time that was convenient for me. They are open from Monday-Saturday with extended hours from 10am-6 or 7pm. Getting inside their showroom felt like an exclusive experience as we were buzzed into the building and had one of their associates great us in the lobby.

They promptly brought us upstairs and offered us waters as we waited for our jeweler to be ready. They were right on time with our appointment and had some great options for us to try on immediately based off the questionnaire I had submitted prior to our appointment. During our appointment we tried on several diamond types, different bands, settings, and even a variety of lab grown diamonds and moissanites. It was the perfect experience, especially if you are someone who’s never tried on higher end jewelry before. I felt like they truly listened to us and gave us a great education.

During the appointment, your jewelry will also take detailed notes based off your likes and dislikes to come up with your perfect ring. We didn’t feel rushed at all and even went over our 50 minute scheduled appointment time. My partner was even able to leave with a quote for the ring we designed, making it easy to remember everything we enjoyed for a future purchase. We loved that they answered all of our questions and went through all of the steps in full detail, without being pushy or providing us with unnecessary upsells. They were conscious of our budget and concerns and we loved their amazing customer service.

To end the visit, they showed us were the rings were made which was such a cool experience to see that their products were being made on the same site as their showroom. The experience felt truly as high end as their products and would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new piece of jewelry. While we didn’t purchase on the spot, the experience left us feeling like we were equipped to make the right decision.
