Located in Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards is one of the newest establishments in the area, Tannahill’s Tavern and Music Hall. DFW native and executive chef, Tim Love, named the bar and concert venue after his son, Tannahill. Love owns several restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Love Shack, Woodshed Smokehouse, the White Elephant Saloon, and Queenie’s Steakhouse.
If you’re looking for a new music venue to check out, with great acoustics and amazing vibes, look no further than Tannahill’s Music Hall! The Fort Worth area has seen an increase in music venues since the pandemic and it’s great to know there are multiple options to catch your favorite bands live!
I had the opportunity to check out post-hardcore band, Thrice, and the show was a lot of fun! The programmed lights were visually stimulating, the sound engineers did a killer job of mixing the band’s sound without compromising any of the members’ instruments, and the staff were really kind. If you’re worried about finding food after a late-night concert, there’s a pizza shop next door selling slices for only $5!
