Although the Pinch of Salt Pastries storefront recently opened in the 4th quarter of 2023, this locally-owned and woman-owned business has been churning up gluten-free pastries across DFW for 9 years. You may have had their pastries in local coffee shops throughout the metroplex without even knowing it!
For those with additional allergies, Pinch of Salt Pastries offers special dietary modifications, such as dairy-free, vegan, soy-free, paleo, nut-sensitive, and more, making this bakery inclusive of those with food sensitivities and allergies. Whether you’re craving pies, cakes, donuts, sweet loaves, brownies, cupcakes, cookies, or even kolaches, there are countless treats to choose from.
