Finding a coffee shop in your area may be easy, but finding a place that not only serves great coffee and gives back is something that’s even better! That is why I am so happy I stumbled across Black Rifle Coffee Company. Located in Colleyville, this coffee and retail shop is veteran founded and opened 7 days a week.
It was my first visit here, and I was instantly impressed with the quality of my drink and the friendliness of the staff. Walking inside I felt immediately comfortable with their cozy seating options, warm fireplace, and the delicious smell of fresh roasted beans. The barista behind the counter welcomed me in and helped me to select the perfect beverage from the variety of options on their menu. After looking through the menu, I finally decided on the peppermint mocha which I was able to get iced. They also offer standard options to customize your drink whether you are hoping for an extra shot of espresso or a different milk option. They also give a discount if you happen to be a first responder or military veteran. Their pricing was standard to what you can find at most coffee shops in the area, but the taste of my drink blew me away. I loved the blend of coffee in my drink mixed with the subtle sweet flavors that were perfect for the holiday season.
There is truly something for everyone as they offer a full espresso bar, breakfast pastries and lunch options, over 15 blends of coffee, and even merchandise. The best part of the experience is that every purchase helps to give back to veterans, law enforcement and first responders. Their mission is committed to supporting the members that serve our country and community.
I will be happy to come back and support this shop whether I am on the go and need to use their drive through, or staying to relax and work inside with their complimentary wifi! I also look forward to checking out their merchandise, including fresh beans to enjoy their tasty coffee from the comfort of my home.
