Grapevine Mills is known for its numerous outlet stores, but did you know there are multiple attractions at this massive mall? From Peppa Pig World and Lego Land to Round1 and even an AMC theater, you could spend all day entertaining yourself at the mall!

Grapevine Mills’ newest attraction is Meow Wolf Grapevine, an interactive art experience featuring a massive collaboration between Texas and New Mexico-based artists. This is the fourth Meow Wolf exhibit in the US, with the other three based in Santa Fe, Denver, and Las Vegas.

Each permanent exhibit has its own storyline within a massive, interactive artscape. The Grapevine exhibit, known as The Real Unreal, explores a single mother and her son who live in their friend’s suburban home when her son suddenly goes missing. You can explore this suburban home and find clues in laptops, letters and drawings, and through secret rooms that take you to different portals.

You can choose to solve the mystery of The Real Unreal or simply explore the many hidden rooms and portals throughout the exhibit. I’ve visited the exhibit four different times now and still discover something new every time.

You can go inside refrigerator doors, slide down a washing machine, interact with aliens, and much more. This exhibit is meant to be a choose-your-own-adventure so there is no right or wrong approach, as long as you have fun.
