Hotel Drover

It’s a great time to get outside and enjoy a patio in DFW. Whether you want a romantic dinner out or just looking to enjoy cocktails with friends, I highly recommend checking out the trendy atmosphere of Hotel Drover in Fort Worth.

This beautiful boutique hotel is great for visitors who want to be close to the atmosphere of the Stockyards. With their cowboy décor and beautiful finishes you will love this spot whether you are staying the weekend or just the day.

We decided to visit spot for drinks when in the area and I’m so glad we did. We didn’t need reservations for the hotel and were able to grab seats on their outdoor patio even on a busy Saturday afternoon. The patio had plenty of seating whether you are looking to soak up the sun or cool down under their covered umbrellas and overhangs.

They have a great outdoor bar with lots of different drink options. We simply grabbed our seating and one of their friendly waiters was quick to greet us and bring us menus. After looking over the cocktail options I decided to try one of their famous espresso martinis. The cocktails were delivered to us quickly and tasted delicious especially on a warm sunny day.

I loved that the drinks came in plastic cups making it easy to walk around the beautiful gardens and enjoy their great atmosphere. While a little pricy for the size, I would highly recommend visiting to anyone looking for a fun atmosphere. They had several different yard games, a pool and even fire pits that would be great for the fall time.

I enjoyed our time at the hotel and would love to return for an overnight stay. The entire facility from the waitstaff to the décor was top notch.
