Brio Italian Grille

If you are looking for great Italian faire, large portions, and an inviting atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Brio Italian Grille for your next meal out. Their dishes and décor are inspired by Tuscan grilled favorites and has become a new favorite for my family. Located in Allen off Central Expressway in the Watters Creek Village, this spot makes the perfect place to visit when shopping in the area or when looking for a special date night option. With plenty of parking and a large menu, the entire experience is something everyone can enjoy.

We decided to visit them when looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion. Brio made it easy to make a reservation online, and when we arrived on a busy Saturday evening our table was ready and waiting for us. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were highly impressed with the large selection of menu items and the friendliness of their entire staff. Our waiter John was great in welcoming us and providing us with several menu recommendations.

We all started off with a round of cocktails and my favorite was the frozen peach bellini that was perfect for a hot summer day. In addition to our delicious cocktails, we tried one of their flatbreads as an appetizer that was piled high with Italian sausage and creamy ricotta. Everyone enjoyed trying some of the flatbread and the complimentary sourdough that was served with fresh butter. For our main dishes we tried the Chicken Milanese, Pasta Brio, and Shrimp & Lobster Alfredo. Our dishes arrived rather quickly and the portion sizes were huge.

Everyone really enjoyed the food! From the perfectly crispy chicken to the creamy sauce of the alfredo. I was also impressed with the pasta brio that came with al dente rigatoni, roasted peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and chicken. It was so much food and we all had enough to take home with us.

We truly loved our experience and plan on returning soon to try more of the Brio favorites from their menu. This restaurant also offers different ways to enjoy their cuisine from catering options to onsite private events that are perfect for groups of all sizes.
