Whether you are craving pizza or pasta, you need to check out this family owned neighborhood joint that I recently discovered in Grand Prairie. Pizzaiolo’s is serving up pizza by the slice and Italian classics all for affordable prices. With a laid back atmosphere and fast service, this is sure to become a new favorite of yours whether you are dining in or grabbing takeout.
We decided to check them out when we were in the mood for some pizza. We were easily able to order our pie online and customize our pizza to our liking. From adding a variety of toppings to only getting certain toppings on half of the pizza, we loved the options available to us. If you are looking for great deals, I highly recommend checking out their daily specials that are available for dine in during the week. While their entire menu is wallet friendly, we enjoyed they offered great deals if you are looking to dine out.
For our visit, we went for pick up and throughout the process we were texted for when we could expect our pizza to be ready. When we arrived at the restaurant the delicious smell of cheese, Italian herbs, and garlic were truly mouthwatering. The staff were extremely friendly and had our pie ready to go. It made us happy to know it was made fresh to order and wasn’t sitting around getting cold.
The pie we ultimately decided on was a classic pepperoni and was cooked to perfection. The dough was crispy on the bottom and had a thick crust that made it easy to eat. The style reminded me of a New York slice and would be something that I would order again. We had a great experience and would be something I recommend to all my friends and family looking for a delicious bite.
