The Farmhouse Salon

It can be hard to find a place that you trust with your hair. That’s why I am so happy I recently found the Farmhouse Salon. Located in Mansfield off Broad Street close to downtown, this removed house is the perfect place to book your next hair appointment.

I discovered this place from an online Facebook group who had raved about salon owner Whitney’s services. Since I had been searching for a new place to get my haircut and colored, I decided to check them out. Making an appointment was super easy with their online appointment scheduler. I loved that it was easy to select the services I wanted and there was several days and times available. I also loved that Whitney clearly laid out her pricing so that there was no surprises after my service.

It might be hard to miss this spot as it looks like you are heading to someone’s house, but I appreciated that there was plenty of parking. The charming envisioned farmhouse is super welcoming and meeting Whitney for the first time felt like I was meeting with a friend. She instantly welcomed me and showed me the salon space that was quaint and made me feel like I was getting personalized service.

Whitney took time to discuss my hair needs and offer suggestions based on the results I was hoping to achieve. Throughout the service she was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. During the haircut she also made sure to get my opinion and not cut anything I wasn’t ready for, which I greatly appreciated.

The whole experience was a dream and I loved the way my hair turned out. I would highly recommend Whitney to anyone looking for a great haircut or someone wanting extensions, color, or more. Her personalized service was unmatched and well worth the price I paid.
