Now that the gloomy and cold weather is finally starting to dissipate in North Texas it’s a great time to grab your furry friend and head outside. I am so happy I recently found North Richland Hills Canine Hollow Dog Park close to me off Davis Boulevard. This public dog park is open daily from 7am-7:30pm and is a great place to help your pup work off some energy is a clean and friendly environment.
I was so happy to come across this park and instantly loved that they had two parks available for play. One dedicated to small dogs under 20 pounds and one for larger dogs. As someone with a smaller pup having a separated area for play is extremely important to me when it comes to safety. I loved how clean the park was and that other dog owners seemed to be respectful of the posted rules and cleaned up after their animals. As opposed to some other neighboring parks where we have had issues in the past.
This place is perfect for both animals and humans as there is plenty of green space to runaround, shaded seating areas with benches, water stations, and pet clean up posts. Coming here was the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon as both myself and my dog enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in the area and look forward to returning soon for some fun in the sun.
