Granada Theater

The Granada Theater is a neighborhood spot that’s been around since 1946. Starting off as a movie house and converting to a concert hall in 1977(then back to a movie theater and back to a concert venue again), is a place in Dallas you don’t want to miss! Located in the Lower Greenville neighborhood this place is a great spot to catch some live music when dining in the area.

Located right off Greenville avenue this spot is easy to get to and even offers parking right onsite. Though a smaller venue only having about 1,000 seats, this place is such a fun venue for entertainment. Their full schedule can be found online and its easy and affordable to grab seats to see some great performers. We were lucky enough to come across an advertisement for one of our favorite cover bands and knew we had to check them out.

We loved the atmosphere of the venue and the intimate setting it provided. We felt like we were part of the action and all noted the acoustics and lighting were perfect for the setting. The staff onsite was extremely helpful and kind from the ushers that helped us find our seats to the friendly bartenders who made excellent drinks. The entire experience was superb and one of our favorite nights out this year.

It was such a fun space to see our band play and would highly recommend this spot to anyone who’s looking for a unique night out or even a date night experience as they also have a restaurant onsite that you can enjoy before or after the performance.
