After a persisting hand issue wasn’t letting up, I decided to give them a call. It was easy to make an appointment through their call center and easy to get in to see the doctor within the same week. When arriving to the center the parking lot was quite busy, so I do recommend arriving early. Once inside I was instantly impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and how polite everyone was. They called me back right on time for my appointment and walked me through what would be happening. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk staff to the x-ray technician and surgeon was extremely kind and through with answering questions.
I loved that the doctor I saw, Dr. Tobias, was so thorough in his evaluation and really took time to speak with me about my condition and different options for care. It didn’t feel like I was just another patient and he made me feel extremely comfortable. With so many different options for medical care in DFW, finding a place that truly cares and gives great treatment is important. With this visit and the visits I’ve had since, I would highly recommend the Hand to Shoulder Center to anyone looking for orthopedic relief that works.
