I had been referred to Kaitlyn from the store where I purchased my wedding dress. I had been nervous to start the alteration process after hearing horror stories from others with things not being completed well or the outrageous price that seems to come with anything wedding related. After getting several quotes from companies in DFW and reading reviews, I decided to give Kaitlyn a call. Before even arriving to the studio, I could feel Kaitlyn’s passion for her job and loved that she was able to give me an initial quote based off photos I sent.
On the day of my first appointment I felt like Kaitlyn was a friend, she was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. During the appointment we discussed different options for altering my dress and she gave me great suggestions and feedback. I loved that she was extremely clear throughout the process and that my total bill was inline with the quote I received prior to coming.
When I came to pick up my dress about 2 months later, everything was absolutely perfect and I loved my dress even more than when I said yes. It was a perfect fit and all of the alterations were clean and precise. I also loved the price I paid was much less than some of the bigger stores I went to in Dallas and felt that Kaitlyn’s attention to detail and personality was much better than the other experiences I had. I would highly recommend her services to any bride in the DFW area or really anyone in need of great alterations or a custom piece.
