If you are looking for a nail salon that truly backs their work, then look no further than Detox Spa & Nails. Located conveniently close to major shopping and restaurants in Mansfield you will find this quaint salon off East Broad Street.

I had driven past this salon many times, but decided to try them out for myself after hearing great reviews from friends. I didn’t have an appointment, but was able to walk in during a weekday morning with no problem. The receptionist was extremely kind and was helpful in answering my questions and getting me set up with a technician and station. From there they brought me a water while I waited only a few minutes to be introduced to my technician for my service.

The technician was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. They had a wide selection of gel colors for me to choose from and even helped me to customize two different colors to get the perfect shade that matched my inspiration photos. They truly took their time with my nails to make sure I got the perfect shape and color shade.

After I left my appointment I noticed that some of my nails were too thick and needed them to be perfect for an upcoming event. I called the salon to voice my concerns and they immediately got me in for an appointment later that same day. My new technician checked the work and was quick to offer a solution at no charge. I was super impressed with their customer service and how they handled the situation. My nails turned out perfect and even though there was a slight misshape, I would be happy to return knowing they provide the best customer service.
