Summer Moon Coffee

Are you looking for a new neighborhood coffee shop? A place that serves a delicious drink, cozy atmosphere and friendly baristas with excellent recommendations? Then look no further than Summer Moon Coffee. Located in the Bluffview neighborhood of Dallas you will find this charming coffee shop that is the perfect place to work remotely, meet with friends or just relax and enjoy a tasty beverage.

I had heard such great recommendations for this spot and once I found myself nearby I knew I had to check them out. The cafe was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and had me feeling right at home when I walked in. The barista working was quick to greet me and since it was my first time gave me a run down about what makes Summer Moon so unique. For starters they oak roast their coffee giving their brews a less bitter taste. Then of course is the moon milk which is their secret ingredient cold foam that they add to sweeten most drinks.

In addition to their specialities you can also find a traditional menu of coffee shop favorites from regular drip coffee to hot tea, lattes, and more. You can also enjoy a menu of seasonal favorites like peppermint mocha for the holiday season and a full variety of sweet and savory treats.

After taking a Quick Look at the menu and receiving some insight I opted for a hazelnut iced latte with their famous moon milk. I got it half sweet and the beverage perfectly complimented the mix of bold espresso and nutty hazelnut. It was the perfect mid day pick me up that had me energized and ready to tackle the remainder of my work day. I loved getting to plug in my laptop and connect to their free WiFi all while enjoying the soothing music. I had such a wonderful experience hear and hope to return soon to try more of their menu and hospitality.
