One of the most interesting coffee shops I’ve visited in recent memory is located right on Lewisville’s Main Street! The Perc Coffee house has an industrial vibe, with its aged red brick, rustic automobile decorations, and neon signs. The shop itself is massive inside, which would make sense considering The Perc’s mission is to foster a large but tight-knit community within their space.
You’ll immediately be greeted by some of the friendliest baristas around. They filled us in on their seasonal menu, which is comprised of the following:
- Chilly Mocha: Latte with hot mocha sauce
- Creme Brûlée: Latte with creme brûlée sauce
- Sugar & Spice: Matcha with maple, vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves
- London Fog: Breve with London Fog concentrate, and vanilla
- Candied Date Tonic: Date, toffee, cinnamon, and sparkling water
Both the Creme Brûlée and Sugar & Spice seasonal options were amazing. You could taste each individual ingredient both alone and harmoniously with the drink as a whole. I’ve heard great things about this coffee shop from a friend who tried a seasonal cherry blossom latte once!
