Their entire team is extremely friendly from the front desk office manager, to the dental hygienists who truly take their time with your cleanings, to of course Dr. Caleb who is thorough with his exams and makes you feel heard as a patient. It is easy enough to make an appointment by filling out an inquiry form on their website or by giving them a call. They have weekday appointments during the day and make sure to confirm with you in case you forget.
Upon arrival you are greeted by their friendly staff and welcomed to wait in their comfortable lobby space. From there if you are in for a cleaning your hygienist will come to retrieve you and get you settled in their exam rooms. Throughout the cleanings they are great about explaining what they are doing and if they notice any issues. Issues are then confirmed by the Dr., and a treatment plan is set in place if needed. I love that I don’t feel rushed during my appointment and it feels like they truly care about me as a patient and not just another number. With this dentist I feel like I have found a care provider for life and would highly recommend to any in need of a great dental facility.
