That is why I am so happy I found Seconds & Surplus who is an expert in helping you to get the job done right.

With several locations across the Metroplex, it’s easy to find a spot that is close to home. I recently visited the North Richland Hills spot and if the customer service is as good as I received here, I would recommend any one of their locations to anyone. We came in looking to replace a front door and from the moment we walked through the warehouse doors we were instantly greeted by their friendly team. We talked through what we were needing, and they directed us right to the section of the store that housed their wide selection of merchandise. The entire layout of the store was easy to navigate and even with the number of items they had we were impressed with how clean and tidy everything was. We took our time to look through some options but appreciated there was always an associate close by to ask questions. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products and while we didn’t find the exact option at the location, they helped us to navigate what we wanted at a different location in Grand Prairie. Through the store we were able to order our front door and either have it delivered to our house and installed for a select price or pick it up for free instore. Since we were working with our own contractor, we selected the instore pick-up option.

For our pickup day, the team made it easy by providing us with updates to our order through text and email. Upon arrival the team at the Grand Prairie location went to grab our door and made sure we were happy with the product before helping up to load in into our vehicle. Since this store is a surplus of goods, some of the items had small imperfections, but for the price it was well worth it as they didn’t impact the use of each item. Our experience was a great one, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to update spaces in their home.
