Eggsquisite Cafe

Recently I was craving a homey breakfast and after a quick google search I found a highly rated spot called Eggsquisite Cafe. Located off Debbie Lane in Mansfield, this is the perfect place to visit when out in the area whether you are craving breakfast or lunch.

My partner and I visited on a Friday midmorning and the parking lot was packed. We were worried we would have to wait for a table, but to our surprise we were able to get seated right away. The place was busy and we were excited to try out some of their interesting menu items. Whether you like something classic like the 2 eggs any style or want something more unique like their specialty pancakes, it felt like there was truly something for everyone. All of your tastebuds can truly be satisfied by their large selection on their breakfast and lunch menu.

To start off to drink I grabbed their americano with hazelnut syrup that was the perfect way to begin my meal. The sweetness of the syrup paired nicely with their strong espresso beans. Since I knew I wanted something both sweet and savory I opted for their chorizo omelete that came with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and a blend of cheeses. For my sides I grabbed the crispy hashbrowns and a pair of their buttermilk pancakes. My omelete was huge and the eggs were perfectly fluffy and packed with southwest flavor from the included ingredients. The pancakes were buttery and sweet and tasted great with the crispy hashbrowns for a complete meal that left me with plenty of food to take home. My partner enjoyed their chicken fried steak that was crisped to perfection and paired nicely with their scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and creamy grifts.

This meal was exactly what I was looking for! This place comes highly recommended from me and I look forward to returning again soon to try out more of their delicious menu items. We had a great overall experience from the welcoming staff, attentive waitress and serene atmosphere.
