If you need a great no frills neighborhood spot for pizza, then you are in luck because I Fratelli Pizza is serving up delicious and affordable pizzas that will keep you satisfied. Located in the West End area of Dallas off Ross Avenue this spot has been a favorite for us for years. Whether we order for delivery or pick up, we are always satisfied with our meal whether grabbing a pizza to enjoy for dinner or several for a group event.
With the weather truly heating up for summertime, cooking at home has become a chore somedays. When craving something fast and delicious I Fratelli Pizza is a spot that I turn to time and time again. On my latest visit, I knew I wanted something that would be perfect for entertaining friends. With no desire to heat up my oven, I turned to the I Fratelli Pizza website to easily place my order for pick up. Their menu is vast with options for something classic like cheese and pepperoni or more unique like the chile pollo that comes with verde sauce, hatch chiles, chicken, and onion. Everything I’ve tasted on their menu has been excellent and you know you can’t go wrong with whichever direction you choose.
We had a mix of tastes for our gathering so we decided to get one meat forward pie and one piled high with veggies. For the meat lovers we stacked the pie with triple pepperoni and for our veggie lovers kept is classic yet unique with light pepperoni, green and black olives, and green onions which was a fun take on a supreme style. Their online ordering system made it easy to customize our choices and choose a pick up time that worked well with our gathering.
Upon are arrival the pizzas were ready to go and even with a 10-minute drive home were still hot and ready to enjoy. My favorite part of I Fratelli is their crispy thin crust that still holds up to the mountain of toppings they add to each pizza. Two of their large pizzas were the perfect size to feed 6 people and still left us with plenty of leftovers. Both pizzas had great cheese, sauce, and toppings ratio, and it was hard to pick a favorite from the two. This place continues to be a favorite of mine and for good reason. So next time you are in town, stop by for delicious pizza that will have you feeling full and satisfied.
